On-Demand Pest Control
What is On-Demand Pest Control?
On-Demand Pest Control is a fast, easy, and effective way to treat active pest infestations.
Residents can submit claims online for covered pests and begin treatment right away. All treatment and coordination costs are included for covered claims, ensuring residents receive the best possible service.

Renters Insurance Program
If residents are enrolled in the master policy offered in their lease, they are covered. Evidence of insurance will be emailed within 45–60 days of enrollment.

If a resident provides their own insurance policy, the RBP cost will be reduced by the amount of the insurance premium billed by Second Nature Insurance Services. Residents should review their lease for full Resident Benefits Package terms.

Air Filter Delivery
Instead of going to the store, residents receive the exact air filters needed, delivered right to their home when it’s time to change them.
- First delivery within 30 days
- Ongoing shipments on a regular cadence, subject to the lease agreement
- Available for homes with HVAC systems requiring filter changes

Second Nature has secured an industry-leading value policy from an A- rated carrier. Residents benefit by being added to the master policy, ensuring all insurance requirements in the lease are met. Residents may switch to a retail individual policy at any time if they prefer.
